My family enjoys a good braised chicken any time of year. Truth be told I do not limit myselk to Rosemary in the warmer months, especially when basil and cherrt tomatoes grow so plentifully in my garden. This is my basic recipe for a braise feel free to adjust it to your family’s liking.
