What a great way to end an evening out in New York City , especially if you have just visited Lincoln center for the performing arts. This Hot Chocolate can serve as after dinner drink or dessert and seriously so much better than those powder versions.

21/2 cups water
4 Passion Tea bags( We love Tazo Tea Bags)
2 cinnamon sticks
2 cups Apple Juice
3 tablespoons or more Honey
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon Rose Water, available in Asian stores or Whole foods
Brind water to boil. Add cinnamon sticks and tea bags. Cover and turn off heat. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes.

when in the mood for a cocktail try this beautiful “pink” margarita. You could even convince yourself its good for you because of the Pomegranate juice.
This comes from Rosa Mexicano NYC
2 ounces White Tequila
1/2 ounce triple sec
1 ounce Fresh Lime juice
1 tablespoons Pomegranate juice
ice
Mix all ingredients in a blender till smooth and frothy.

Love this refreshing smoothie especially in the scorching summer months. This and a salad make a super , filling meal any time of day.

1 Ripe Mango ,Peeled and cubed
1/4 cup pineapple juice
Juice of half a lime
2 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream

1 tablespoon Greanadine
