My mom, Neera Bawa, is a friend of the chef. I was lucky enough to try some cookies a few times at the house.. They were amazing. The choc chip variety were out of this world. My wife and I are huge fans!

I have never tried the recipe using egg replacer but I cannot see why you would need it

I am not sure where the error is, the levening agent must be exact or they will flatten
