This is a very light and refreshing take on pork , with the citrsusy , floral notes from the lemon grass. It has all the Asian elements of hot , spicy ,sweet and salty.

This dry rub suitable for both poultry and pork is great to have on hand. It is from the great chef Steven Raichlen and , once combined can be stored for up to 6 months.

Pork tenderloin is so easy to prepare and grill . The marinade in this recipe is so flavorful , nothing more is really need , but , this recipe suggests serving the grilled pork with Jalapeno Onion Marmalade, which is posted as a seperate post.
